After more than a week of incessant rain, the sun is finally up!
The bees and the butterflies are now a-fluttering in our garden. The plants must be truly happy to see the sun peeking through the clouds!
*Photos were taken using Finn, my point and shoot Fuji FinePix J150W. Shot in Macro mode, tweaked with Picnic using the Vibrance tool.

Bees and butterflies! So lovely : ). Wishing you the happiest of springs! Love, Becky
Very pretty!
kamias!!! <3
Love the light and contrast of color, the wonderful shades of red and green (which don't seem like fancy enough names to describe these colors!)
Beautiful shots!! I love the contrasts of the light, bright and dark of the first picture...
Love the lighting in this last composition.
The colors of the blossoms look almost a fuchsia-like plant.
HAPPY TRAILS TO YOU is my Monday post. Hope you can find time to pay a visit.

Hello everyone!
Thank you for your comments, and sorry for taking an eternity before I replied. :)
Anyway, these are kamias (or kalamias as some prefer to call it.) They're crunchy and juicy and sour all at the same time. :)
