I won't lie about my age.
I'm thirty years old, and at that point in time where I'm more conscious about my skin. I'm also at that stage where I obsess over my undereyes (Are they dark again? Is the skin tone uneven?), my pores (Are they showing? Are they ginormous?), and my crow's feet and wrinkles - albeit invisible and non-existent (at least to the naked eye).
If I could keep the skin that I had some 10 years ago - youthful, radiant, glowing - I would. And I'm pretty sure a lot of women out there share the same sentiment with me. As much as possible though, I wouldn't want to go through any sort of operation just to keep my 20-year-old skin. I'd rather invest on a Tanda Luxe than go under the knife and have pins and needles stuck on me!
And now that we're at it, here is a demographic showcasing the history of skincare, and the lengths that people would go through for the sake of youthfulness and perfect skin.

ReplyDeletehays para akong hiatus sa blogging pero I will be back!
I guess that women have always been obsessing over their skin and looks through the years. Lucky that we have more products and choice now as compared to last time.
ReplyDeleteI salute women who reveal their age! Cheers!

My skin is definitely something I take good care of. I too tend to have dark circles under my eyes and of course now that I'm in my 40s there's plenty of wrinkles too. Thanks for the suggestions!
