I wasn't planning on buying another BB cream, as the husband will be sending another batch of goodies from The FaceShop, including Kim Hyun Joong's Power Perfection BB cream. But the lure of Minho and Taemin was too strong that I couldn't resist including a tube of this Precious Mineral Bright Fit BB Cream into my cart.
Plus I wanted to see for myself if this new product can hold a candle against its predecessor and my all-time favorite All Day Strong BB Cream, which - much to my dismay - has been discontinued by Etude House. I use the Sheer Flawless Skin (#3) variant in that product line, by the way.
In this new line, I'm a W13 Natural Beige. And you now have four shades to choose from. Previously, there were only three.
This baby boasts of three great factors: whitening, anti-wrinkle, and UV protection.
"Precious Minerals BB Cream promotes silky complexion with pearl-infused sheer coverage. Contains adenosine and arbutin for anti-wrinkle and whitening efficacies. SPF for UV protection."
And this I quote from the box itself. No Sotto or Sinotto pegs in this blog, lol!
I love how girly-girly the packaging is, without looking too saccharine. It comes in my favorite colors, too. Lovely, just lovely.
The plastic cap is pretty sturdy, while the pump now easier to control. And I say easier because the All Day Strong BB Cream's pump was such a pain. You either pump too little or too much, to the point that your BB Cream squirts out flying. This one is waaaay better than its predecessor, which is definitely a plus.
It has a creamy consistency, which is very easy to blend. The W13 Natural Beige color matches my skintone perfectly. Yay!
It has a blendable, sheer to medium coverage. Most of all, I love the dewy finish which gives my face a healthy glow. All in all, I say the Bright Fit BB Cream is a fitting replacement-slash-improvement of the All Day Strong BB Cream.
What I love:
- The cute packaging
- The pump
- Mild, almost unnoticeable scent
- Buildable consistency
- Easy to blend
- Good coverage
- SPF 30!
- Dewy finish
- Brightening effect
- Affordable price (Php 798)
What you might not like:
- Oil control, especially if you have oily skin. Mine isn't oily, but I find myself reaching out for the blotting paper inside my purse every three hours or so.
Dewy finish, look! :)

I bought Etude House Precious Mineral BB but used it only once so far. I found it a bit sticky. But I will try again because I bought a Volumer to go with it. The Korean salesperson told me to mix them together for best results.
