It's a good thing, though, that my siblings and I know how to cook. My sister, who once owned a small Italian restaurant, can whip up a storm in the kitchen. Pasta dishes are her forte, but she can cook some mean Mediterranean dishes, too. My brother, on the other hand, can cook some simple Filipino dishes (think adobo and sinigang). But wait 'til you taste his tiramisu. They're to die for, I tell you, and this dessert used to be the best-seller in my sister's restaurant.
Now the three of us haven't really finalized our Christmas dinner menu. We'll be having pasta and tiramisu, that's for sure. And there's the traditional holiday ham, which I'm certain most of you will have on your menus, too.

How 'bout you? What's on your menu?

Oh, that sounds yummy! I've never had seafood for Christmas, but I would so totally love that! Maybe we should try it sometime...
We will be having the ham, a turkey, and the usual "southern American" food: mashed potatoes w/gravy, green bean casserole, broccoli casserole and the yummy pies (pumpkin, peanut butter)...and probably more than I can list! I love Christmas =)
With 9 different cooks on my Mothers side we ALWAYS have a verity, we've had a seafood salad that was heavenly one year-just remember lots of ice if the seafood is a chilled dish =)
Oh how wonderful- seafood!!! We have a few cooks in our family as well and I am NOT one of them. I guess that's why I am always asked to bring the veggie platter. No one cuts veggies better than me. ;)
Seafood sounds really yummy. WE are having christmas overseas this year so not sure what we will be having to eat.
My daughter-in-law makes a big Salmon meal for the holiday!
Wow, that looks delicious! There is never a wrong time for seafood! My bunch wants the traditional ham and turkey for Christmas, but I'm thinking Easter will be a shrimp holiday this year ;)
Seafood Christmas sounds yummy! We have my husband's parents coming in, so my mother-in-law will likely cook up something delicious for us. One of these days I'm going to have to buck up and attempt to cook a turkey, just for practice. But not yet!
