It's that time of the year again - houses adorned with lights and decorations, malls crowded with busy shoppers, supermarkets well-stocked with gift baskets, fruits, wine, and ham. Ah yes, the month of December is all about partying, merry-making, having fun - and without a doubt, the most wonderful time of the year.
And with company parties, alumni homecomings, and family reunions happening left and right as Christmas approaches, this is also that time of the year when people binge on food the most - myself included. At this point, there's always an excuse to cheat on your diet and stuff yourself silly. More often than not, the phrase 'because Christmas comes but once a year' becomes the most overused excuse. Then on New Year's Day, 'go on a diet' will claim top spot on the list of New Year's resolution, just like it did last year, and the year before.
If going on a diet just wouldn't cut it, getting a tummy tuck montreal might do the trick. It's a procedure also known as abdominoplasty, where excess fat and skin are removed, thereby flattening the abdomen, and shaping the waist. Given the choice, I'd go for a tummy tuck instead of depriving myself of food. Because most likely, I won't be able to resist the beck and call of food anyway.
That's one thing about the holidays that I dread- the extra weight gain. :(
