The McDonald's Kiddie Crew Experience!

This post should have gone live two weeks earlier, but for some reason I got swamped with too much blogwork that I wasn't able to post as originally planned. Anyhow, better late than never, and here goes a quick (maybe a bit picture heavy) recap of one of the most popular summer activity here in the Philippines - the McDonald's Kiddie Crew Workshop.
Kiddie Crew paraphernalia!
The McDonald’s Kiddie Crew Workshop is a summer program specially designed for kids ages 6-12 years old. (Take note that my son is only four, but he got accepted anyway.) Registration fee for the said workshop costs Php 550, and includes the following items: shirt, cap, bag, ID with lace, and workshop materials.
Eager beaver! The little man's winning photo in the
Cutest Kiddie Crew contest on Twitter.
Done in batches, the workshop spanned the months of April and May where each batch went on-board for five days, 2 hours per day. The little man joined Batch 3 at SM San Pablo, which covered the week of April 15-20.

Full story (and more photos) after the jump!

During each workshop day, Kiddie Crew members got to experience on-floor training like greeting customers and assisting the crew with counter work.
Putting ice in the glasses. :)
The rest of the kids doing counter work.
Greeting customers.
One very happy camper. :)
They also showcased their skills through creative art workshops.

Painting.
Drawing.
Making his own cheeseburger.
Most importantly, they learned the importance of hard work, discipline and teamwork, through values formation lessons.

The fifth day of their workshop also served as their graduation day, where the kids convened, ate and play together, had a meet and greet session with some of the McDonald's mascots, and received their Kiddie Crew badges and their Graduation Certificates.

With the rest of his batchmates.
Oppa, Gangnam Style!
Wearing his apron with pride!
Kawaii!
Receiving his certificate.
Thumbs-up for the little man!
Proud mommy. :)
At the end of the two-month workshop period, a grand graduation was held.
Grand Graduation held during the last week of May at McDonald's San Pablo Plaza.
Making new friends.
Gifts!
Photo op with Hamburglar and Grimace.
This was done simultaneously in major cities all over the country, where the achievements of all Kiddie Crew members were recognized and together with their families were treated to a day filled with fun and games and a ton of prizes.
All smiles with his loot from McDonald's.
With gifts from Lactum and Enfagrow, too!
The best part of this whole thing? The little man won Cutest Kiddie Crew of the Week, where he got Php 2000 worth of McDonald's gift certificates as a prize!
Thank you, McDonald's Philippines! :)
Until next summer! See you at the next McDonald's Kiddie Crew Workshop! :)

I have been surfing online more than 4 hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours.

It's pretty worth enough for me. In my opinion, if all site owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the net will be much more
useful than ever before.
