the salad looks good =) NOT so sure about giving up rice---maybe cutting down but we <3 our rice in this house

i started to eat healthy again by eating a balanced diet. i still eat rice but this time less than a cup na, also decided to work out :D

Good job. I also try to go without rice for a few days at times. Running and biking for me is easier when I am lighter.
