Coca-Cola, the most popular soft drink brand in history AND one of the most iconic brands in the world, has just dropped new products that are better than their beverage. But that's just my opinion, because I'm forever on a diet and trying my best to stay away from sugary, carbonated drinks, lol.
What's better than Coke, you ask?
Makeup! An entire collection. In
'Coke red' packaging. With the world-famous Coca-Cola script logo.

The Face Shop x Coca Cola Collection. |
View the complete The Face Shop x Coca-Cola Collection after the jump!
A collaboration with Korean beauty brand
The Face Shop, this limited edition release is a far cry from the cola-flavored lip balms that I used to love when I was a teenager. This collection is more comprehensive as it includes a cushion, a powder pact, lip tints, lipsticks, and an eye shadow palette.
|
Oil Control Water Cushion, 20000 won. |
The
Oil Control Water Cushion, one of the brand's more popular cushion variants, is known for its long-wearing yet lightweight formula. This cushion also controls sebum production, thus keeping your face shine-free throughout the day.
|
Oil Clear Blotting Pact, 10000 won. |
Similarly, the
Oil Clear Blotting Pact also keeps those excess
(facial) oil at bay. This product can be used as a makeup base for that silky, '
poreless' look, or as a setting powder to mattify your face and keep your makeup intact.
|
Mono Pop Eyes, 22000 won. |
The
Mono Pop Eyes palette, on the other hand, contains nine gorgeous shades of pinks and neutrals. The colors are all wearable, and would suit just about any skin tone.
|
Velvet Lipstick, 12000 won. |
|
Creamy Lip Tint, 10000 won. |
|
Gel Lip Tint, 10000 won. |
As for the lip products, the gel lip tints are a scene-stealer with the snow globe caps. Encased inside each lip tint's cap is an adorable polar bear holding a bottle of Coke. Shake it, and you'll see '
snow' falling - it's like Christmas all over again!
|
Let it snow! :) |
Rumor has it that all these lip products are cola-scented, too. I personally don't mind scented makeup, which makes me all the more excited to try these products. Can't wait to fly back to Seoul so I can finally get my hands on these babies!
No updates yet if this collection will be released in the Philippines, but they're now available at
The Face Shop stores across South Korea.
EDITED, 27 March 2018: This collection will be released in the Philippines soon, based on the teasers on
The Face Shop Philippines' Instagram account. Stay tuned for the release dates!

ReplyDeleteWow.. coca cola is everywhere isn't it? that ridiculous! I know you liked these products but something about a cola company making a foundation just doesn't appeal to me. the lip chap i'll use though, i think my stepdaughter has some, actually.
