With the colorful costumes, vibrant floats, and energetic dance performances, the Sinulog Festival is one of the grandest and most anticipated events in the Philippines. This religious festival is held annually in Cebu City every third Sunday of January, and is widely participated not just by the Cebuanos, but also by tourists, both local and foreign.
